Strolling clouds where veil the ways

For lurking rues and haunting grays

And dazed we stand without a clue

An ardor or the rain drenched us through...

Deluging the soul where whims arrive

Chasing the fears our dreams revive

Where just like that on a leisure day

A herd of frolics sail our way...

Walk with me to one such earth

Where life promises a lack of dearth

Where hues of life refuse to pale

And all we live is a fancied tale...

RUTHLESS NIGHT

The ruthless night has come again

Cimmerian visage, in a robe of pain

Again I'm drenched in black lurid shades

Yet I wish its a dream insane...

Again I strife with the rueful sights

Clamors condemned by lull of the night

Again I'm left with stabs in the soul

Dearth of life is the night's delight...

Again the woes enthralled the sky

The silver moon has wished to die

Again I'm marooned in the starless night

And all I wish is to find you nigh...

Once there had been a day

When love was on the way

The world had feted around

The wind had lots to say...

Once there had been the nights

When fancies sailed with the tides

Love had been my oyster

As a pearl, I sparkled bright...

Once there had been a time

When smiles had feared to shine

Breeze and storms had turns to live

Yet the love felt divine...

Once there had been a night

Of hailing storms and darkened sight

Torments conspired to fence the love

Succumbed had I, to its might...

Once there had been a dawn

When love whispered the sweetest song

A walk it was through a realm of the dark

Crossed we have and reached the morn...

Once there had been a day

Smiling to the sky I did say

Of all the hues you bestow on love

Rainbows will shine at the end of the day....

Without a trace, without a mark
